- Shown on the pricing page and again at checkout before you pay, in your own currency and inclusive of any applicable tax. There are no delivery or transport costs — noor is delivered electronically.

- Your payment provider emails you a receipt for every charge and keeps it in your account with them. Your subscription status is shown in noor under Settings — Subscription.
- Return, exchange and refund policy s.43(1)(n)
- You may cancel a new subscription within 14 days of buying it, for any reason or none, and we refund it in full. After that you can cancel renewal at any time and keep Premium until the end of the period you have paid for. noor is delivered electronically, so nothing needs to be returned.
- Alternative dispute resolution s.43(1)(o)
- We do not subscribe to an external ADR code. Write to us first at noor@noorlife.ai; South African consumers may also approach the National Consumer Commission, and data-protection complaints go to the Information Regulator (linked in our Privacy Policy).

- Payment details are handled entirely by our payment providers and never reach us. Everything else is set out in our Privacy Policy, linked below.
- Minimum duration s.43(1)(q)
- None. Premium is billed monthly or annually and you may cancel renewal at any time; there is no minimum term and no cancellation fee.
- Your section 44 cooling-off right s.43(1)(r)
- Section 44 of the ECT Act gives you seven days to cancel an electronic transaction for services, without reason and without penalty. We give everyone 14 days instead, wherever they live. Nothing here reduces any stronger right you have under your own law.
